Praising God

Sing to the Lord, all the earth! Tell of His salvation from day to day. Declare His glory among the nations, His marvelous works among all peoples. For great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised!”

I Chronicles 16.23 – 25

As Christians, it is our duty and our delight to worship God for all His good gifts to us. In the beginning He created us and all living things, and in these last days He has saved us by the gift of His Son, our Lord Jesus, who died and rose again.

You and yours are always welcome in this house of worship!

We gather for worship as a community three times each weekend, and at special times during the year (Lent and Christmas, for example). We invite you this week! And to God be the glory.

Good Hope offers two services of worship each and every Sunday morning.

The first service begins at 7:30 am, and the second at 10 am.

The services are the same both times, the only differences being the singing of the choir, and the offering of a children’s sermon–both of which are at the 10 am.

Services of worship are held at Good Hope every Saturday evening at 5 pm. Saturday worship is informal! Come as you are and enjoy the fellowship! The sermon is the same both Saturday evening and Sunday morning, but on Saturday there is also a give-and-take Bible study incorporated into the service. Come and see!

Our choir adds their voices to our worship, every Sunday at 10 am during the school year.

Under the direction of Dan Basinger, and accompanied by Montgomery Moore, the choir rehearses on Tuesdays at 7:30. Rehearsals take place upstairs in the sanctuary.
Your voice would be welcome!

Special services of worship are held at various times during the year, including Christmas and Lent. Watch this space for more information.
